We are a family owned and operated company located in Stone Mountain, Georgia that provides residential customers with low-maintenance lawn care solutions. Josiah Thornton, Owner/Operator, was introduced to the industry by his father in 1998. As his knowledge of the principles of turfgrass management grew, his passion led him to start his own business. Since 2006, Thornton Advantage Lawn Care has provided quality service to families in the metro Atlanta area. In May 2015, Josiah obtained his Ornamental and Turf (Category 24) Applicator Commercial License. As a small business, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best personal service and individual attention the industry has to offer.

The perception of most people is that lawn care only involves routine services such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, and edging.
